It's so nice to be able tell people that in 3 years time we have finally seen more of Houston than Spec's and Ikea (twice no less). We made it to the museum on our last visit.
This was a surprising sight as we were returning from breakfast a couple of weeks ago. We don't usually see this in the burbs.
The cars have made it to Texas but we have not.
The girls think the cars are there for their entertainment.

We went from the possibility of my brother arriving on Saturday and Beau arriving on Sunday to having no company at all. So we continue to work on the house. We did have low humidity today so it was nice sitting out back with a glass of wine. Wine seems to be a recurring theme.

Nine of us joined about forty other budding artists to create one of a kind masterpieces last Friday night. And sip a little wine in the process.
Spent five hours in the emergency room Friday night for a bad migraine.
Our bid for our second house did not go any better than the first. We keep looking.
The only bright spot of the weekend was seeing the girls which included a five mile bike ride with Jordan. The trails are beautiful.
